Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing® (EMDR) is an integrative trauma treatment that helps people heal from acute traumatic events and life disturbing experiences. When a person experiences trauma or is subjected to chronic traumatic stress, it can have far reaching effects on their daily functioning and relational capacity. The human brain and body want to heal and are resilient. With proper intervention, traumatic stress can be reprocessed and integrated to alleviate debilitating symptoms.
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) When stuck in patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, SE helps to release symptoms of stress, shock, and trauma that accumulate in our bodies and nervous systems, leading us to become more resilient. It is a body-oriented therapeutic model that facilitates the completion of self- protective motor responses and the release of thwarted survival energy bound in the body, thus addressing the root cause of trauma symptoms.
NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM)
NARM is a developmentally-oriented, neuroscientifically-informed model that bridges traditional psychotherapy with body-mind approaches within a context of relational practice. It iaddresses attachment, relational and developmental trauma by working with the attachment patterns that cause life-long psychobiological symptoms and interpersonal difficulties. NARM is a mindfulness-based phenomenological approach to addressing patterned ways of relating to ourselves and the world, and helps to uncover unconscious patterns of disconnection that deeply affect our identity, emotions, physiology, behavior and relationships.

Multi-disciplinary approaches have been shown to successfully treat many problems such as:
- Complex PTSD
- Narcissistic Abuse
- Emotional/Physical/Sexual Abuse
- Panic Attacks
- Phobias
- Developmental Trauma
- Anxiety/Depression
- Addictive Behaviors
- Flashbacks and Nightmares
