Forms are provided in a secure electronic format as part of the intake process. Laura's rate is $150 for a 50-minute Individual/Couple/Family session.
Payments are accepted with check or most major credit cards at the time of service.
In an effort to maintain confidentiality, Laura does not accept insurance. Claims may be filed with an insurance company directly if so desired. A superbill will be provided at the beginning of each month for the previous month's charges for your records.
Any potential reimbursement for counseling charges would be based on your plan's out-of-network mental health benefits and necessary deductable requirements.
Laura recommends calling your insurance company to inquire about potential reimbursements prior to pursuing therapy.
